【Abstract】 Epigenetic events have played a crucial role in the development of cancer . Current research on chemotherapeutic drugs for cancers requires the investigation of epigenetic pharmacology. This paper reviews the advances in the epigenetic pharmacology relevant to cancer treatment. Drugs targeting several epigenetic events such as methylation inhibitors, deacetylation inhibitors and combined drugs are discussed.更多还原
