ICP-MS法测定心可舒片中的微量元素

【摘要】 为建立准确快速测定心可舒片中微量元素含量的方法,对该药生产进行质量控制,并为合理用药提供依据,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),对心可舒片中的21种元素进行了分析。结果表明,心可舒片对心血管病的疗效与其中的微量元素有关。

【Abstract】 The content of 21 kinds of elements in Xinkeshu tablet was determined by inductively coupled(plasma-mass) spectrometry(ICP-MS).The results showed that the curative effects of Xinkeshu tablet for cardiovascular disease have to do with the trace elements in it.
