18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖PET在恶性肿瘤适形放射治疗中的价值
The value of 18~F-FDG PET in three-dimensional conformai radiotherapy of cancer
【摘要】 三维适形放射治疗是以影像学为指导的放射治疗技术,肿瘤的准确分期和准确勾画肿瘤靶体积是三维适形放射治疗中的重要环节。18F-氟代脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)PET能够提高肿瘤的诊断准确率、肿瘤分期的准确性,对恶性肿瘤治疗方案做出正确选择,对准确详尽地描绘肿瘤范围和肿瘤组织与周围正常组织的关系有极大帮助。
【Abstract】 Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT)is based on an extensive use of modem medical imaging techniques.Delineation of the gross tumor volume and organs at risk constitutes one of the most important phases of conformal radiotherapy procedures,18F-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) PET possesses greater sensitivity and accuracy in detecting diseased lymph nodes,is an important staging examination for patients considered for radiation treatment with curative intent.18F-FDG PET has an important role in delineation of gross tumor volume for patients treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.
