外源性生物活性肽的研究进展
Progress on Research of Bioactive Peptides
【摘要】 生物活性肽是一类多功能因子,它们涉及一系列身体代谢和生理调节功能,在食品、医药、动物营养上均有着广泛的应用前景。作者就生物活性肽功能的最新研究作一综述。
【Abstract】 Bioactive peptides are a kind of factor with lots of functions,they are relative with metabolism and physiological regulation.At the same time,they were widely used in food,medicine,animal nutrition.The functions of bioactive peptides were summarized.
