【摘要】 为了进一步研究猪等孢球虫的排卵囊规律,本实验室通过对仔猪进行9次人工感染猪等孢球虫试验,对其进行研究。结果表明:①潜隐期集中出现在感染后5 d,显露期为4~7 d。②感染1万、5万及100万组在第1次排卵囊结束1~2 d后出现第2次排卵囊高峰。③卵囊孢子化后出现厚壁型与薄壁型卵囊。④排卵囊后期薄壁型卵囊逐渐增多。更多还原

【Abstract】 We searched the excreting regulation of Isospora suis oocysts by oral infecting the piglets with oocysts of Isospora suis several times.The results shows that: ①The prepatent periods are always 5 days,and the patent periods ranged form 4 days to 7 days.②The second oocysts excreting peak appeared 1 or 2 days after the first occysts excreting peak in some experimental groups.③Thin wall and thick wall type oocysts first appeared after oocysts sporulated. ④There are more thin wall type oocysts at the end of the patent periods.更多还原
