【Abstract】 In this study,bovine IVP embryos were frozen with 1.5 M ethylene glycol conventionally and OPS virtrification.A comparison of cryopreservation effect was conducted on to improve the cryopreservation effect and preganacy rate on bovine IVP embryos.The results showed: The survival rate of IVP embryos frozen with virtrification(D7-71L) was higher than that of conventionally frozen embryos(P<0.01).No differences were found in survival rate between group D7-72 and group D7-71L(P>0.05).更多还原
