低聚木糖对断奶仔猪生产性能、肠道菌群及免疫水平影响的研究
Studies on Effect of Xylo-oligosaccharide on Performane, Antibody Level and Intestinal Microflora of Weaning Piglets
【摘要】 选用72头28±2日龄断奶杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分为4个处理,每个处理3个重复,每个重复6头猪(♂3、♀3),自由采食和饮水。结果表明:日粮中添加低聚木糖对断奶仔猪平均日增重(ADG)和B、C组的腹泻率有明显影响(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加低聚木糖能显著降低仔猪肠道大肠杆菌的浓度(P<0.05)。并能有效促进B组的盲肠,C组的结肠、盲肠和直肠,D组结肠和盲肠中双歧杆菌的增殖(P<0.05)。不同低聚木糖添加量对直肠中乳酸杆菌的增殖效果与对照组相比,差异不显著(P>0.05);仅B组的结肠和C组、D组的盲肠中乳酸杆菌的浓度得到提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,添加低聚木糖没有显著提高血清猪瘟抗体效价、免疫球蛋白A及免疫球蛋白M含量(P>0.05),但能显著提高血清免疫球蛋白G的含量(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 Seventy-two piglets weaned at age of 28 day (Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) were randomly assigned to four treatments. Results suggested: There were significant improvement on ADG and the incidence of diarrhea(P<0.05);A group level of the diet significantly improved the concentration of Bifidobacterium in colon and rectum(P<0.05);Different level of XOS in diet and different methods of the addition had no significant improvement on concentration of lactobacilli in colon(P>0.05), but there were no same effect of all treatments on concentration of lactobacilli in caecum and rectum;Compared to control group, XOS had no significant improvement on the concentration of serum SFD antibody, IgA and IgM(P>0.05), but it had significant improvement on concentration of serum IgG(P<0.05).
