【Abstract】 Block of polymorphonuclear neutrophil apoptosis acts as an important role in the process of severe acute pan- creatitis.Various extracellular factors can delay neutrophil apoptosis,but the molecular mechanisms are not dear completely. Mitochondria participates in neutrophil apoptosis.Mature neutrophils contained only little or no survivin protein,but these cells high expression survivin on granulocyte/macrophage colony-stimulating factor(CSF)or granulocyte CSF stimulation in vitro and under inflammatory conditions in vivo.Therefore,survivin may play distinct and independent roles in PMN apoptosis delay.更多还原
