【Abstract】 TopBP1 and ATR-ATRIP play a key role in the DNA damage checkpoint through modulating some cytokines. Moreover, TopBP1 can activate ATR-ATRIP complex. This review focuses on how the TopBP1 and ATR- ATRIP regulate the cell life cycle and their roles in maintaining the integrity of genome.更多还原
