【Abstract】 Ezrin,an important member of ERM(Ezrin/Radixin/Moesin) family,is a linking protein between plasma membrane and cytoskeleton. Ezrin is involved in the structural support of cell morphology,cell adhesion, motivity,reorganization of cytoskeleton and signal transduction.The abnormal expression of ezrin in tumor suggests that it is associated with progression and metastasis of cancer.更多还原
