【摘要】 目的掌握临床医学生的心理健康状况,分析存在的主要心理问题。方法使用临床医学生学习生活状况调查表和症状自评量表(SCL-90)对570名临床医学生进行测试。结果临床医学生的心理健康状况低于全国正常人群水平,但好于全国大学生水平。心理问题检出率12.98%,主要心理问题表现为强迫和抑郁。女大学生的总体心理素质高于男生,但是男女生没有显著性差异。结论根据临床医学生心理健康状况的特点,针对性地开展心理健康教育非常必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the mental health state of clinical students and analyze the main psychological problem.Methods Five hundred and seventy medical students were surveyed by using the questionnaire for the conditions of study and daily life of clinical students and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90).Results The mental health level of clinical students was lower than that of the national normal level,but better than the average of national university students.The incidence of psychological problem in clinical students was 12.98%,the main problems were obsessive-compulsive and depression.Comparing the male and female students,the mental diathesis of female students was better than that of male,but no statistical significance.Conclusion On the basis of medical students’ mental health condition,it is essential to strengthen health education in mental health for clinical students.更多还原
