【摘要】 目的探讨老年人社区卫生服务需求状况及影响因素。方法通过整群抽样,对南昌市小金台社区60岁及以上老年人进行问卷调查,分析老年人卫生服务需求状况及影响因素。结果老年人常就诊的医院以三级医院为主,占75.4%,去社区卫生服务机构就诊的仅占3.5%;对卫生服务需求表示不需要的占38.3%;年龄、职业、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付形式是影响卫生服务需求的主要因素。结论应加大社区卫生服务的宣传力度,提高老年人对社区卫生服务的认知度和接受程度,建立有效的老年人养老机制和医疗保障制度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the demands of community health services for the elderly.Methods 516 people who were 60 or over 60 years old were investigated in their homes.Results 75.4% of respondents used to go to the third-level hospitals for medical service,only 3.5% of them choose community health service;38.3% thought they did not need any community health services.The main influencing factors were age,occupation,average income per person in family,the form of payment for medical treatment.Conclusions It’s necessary to increase the awareness of community health service,to enhance knowledge and acceptance of community health service among the elderly,and to establish an effective system of medical insurance and endowment for the elderly.更多还原
