纳米氧化铁、纳米TiO2、碳纳米管的毒理学研究进展
Research for toxicology about iron oxide nanoparticles,nanoscale TiO2 and carbon nanotube
【摘要】 纳米材料的广泛应用使研究者、生产者和消费者将有更多的机会接触纳米材料。纳米粒子可经多种途径进入人体,其是否会影响人类健康引起了广泛关注。纳米TiO2和碳纳米管在工业及商业有着广泛的应用前景,纳米氧化铁是磁共振成像诊断、磁性药物载体及肿瘤靶向定位治疗的热门生物材料。分析综述了纳米氧化铁、纳米TiO2和碳纳米管三种材料的毒理学研究结果,并提出了在纳米毒理学研究目前亟待解决的重要问题。
【Abstract】 Wide application of nanomaterial will give researchers, producers and consumers more chance to contact nanomaterial. The nanoparticles can enter human body through several entries. The potential effects of nanoparticles widesly used in the consumer and industrial products caused attention. Nanoscale TiO2 and carbon nanotubes have many potential applications in the industries, commerce and agriculture. Iron oxide nanoparticles are the hot biologic materials on the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis, drug carrier systems and the tumor target therapy. So it is important to study the toxicity of these nanoparticles. The purpose of this review is to provide the toxicological research about iron oxide nanoparticles, nanoscale TiO2 and carbon nanotubes, and offer the problem which should be urgent to be resolved in nanotoxicology.
