【摘要】 目的探讨低尿酸血症的病因。方法对该院240例血清尿酸浓度低于115μmol/L住院患者进行回顾分析。结果240例低尿酸血症患者中,恶性肿瘤130例,占55%,其他疾病共110例。造成低尿酸血症的主要原因是尿酸合成障碍和排出量增加两方面。结论低尿酸血症是许多疾病的预示指标,应引起临床医务工作者的重视,并防止其合并症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To identify the causes of hypouricemia.Methods A detailed clinical and laboratory investigation was performed on 240 patients admitted to our inpatient facility who had serum uric acid levels below 115 μmol/L.Results Among the 240 hypouricemia cases,130 cases(55%) were from patients with malignant tumors and 110 cases were from qatients with other diseases.We found that the most common causes of hypouricemia were uric acid synthesis disorders and increased renal uric acid excretion.Conclusion Hypouricemia is a marker for many diseases.Clinical medical workers should pay much attention to hypouricemia to preventits complications.更多还原
