极高频电磁波对恶性肿瘤放化疗患者IFN-γ和IL-4水平及Th1/Th2平衡的影响
Effect of extremely high frequency wave on the ratio change of IFN-γ/IL-4 in cancer patients treated with chemo/radio-therapy
【摘要】 目的研究恶性肿瘤放化疗后使用极高频电磁复合波辐照对患者外周血IFN-γ和IL-4水平变化及淋巴细胞亚群Th1/Th2免疫平衡的影响。方法对32例恶性肿瘤患者放化疗后进行极高频电磁复合波辐照,并采用ELISA法检测辐照治疗前、后外周血IFN-γ和IL-4水平变化;对照组为30例恶性肿瘤单纯放化疗后患者,同比进行IFN-γ和IL-4检测;再分别对上述患者外周血进行IFN-γ和IL-4水平变化的自身对照研究,以评价极高频电磁复合波对恶性肿瘤患者放化疗后的免疫功能影响。结果(1)恶性肿瘤单纯化疗组第8天,患者IFN-γ水平(24.66±12.85)pg/ml与第3天水平(27.88±17.07)pg/ml差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而IL-4水平(54.80±28.56)pg/ml则显著高于放化疗后第3天水平(44.97±27.53)pg/ml,P<0.05。(2)极高频电磁复合波辐照组,放化疗后第8天,患者的IFN-γ水平(34.79±27.23)pg/ml显著高于第3天水平(20.39±12.67)pg/ml(P<0.05);而IL-4第8天(43.49±34.04)pg/ml与第3天水平(35.77±22.23)pg/ml差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)单纯放化疗组第3天至第8天,IFN-γ/IL-4水平比值有显著性降低(从0.62±0.26到0.45±0.15)(P<0.05);经极高频电磁复合波辐照组,IFN-γ/IL-4水平比值明显升高(从0.57±0.44升至0.80±0.67),P<0.05。结论恶性肿瘤患者放化疗后第3天至第8天,IFN-γ/IL-4水平比值降低,反映恶性肿瘤放化疗后患者Th1/Th2平衡异常,向Th2漂移;但极高频电磁复合波辐照治疗,患者的IFN-γ/IL-4水平比值升高,可阻止恶性肿瘤患者放化疗后Th2细胞的异常漂移,增强其免疫功能。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of extremely high frequency wave therapy (EHFWT) on the ratio change of IFN-γ / IL-4 in cancer patients treated with chemo/radio-therapy as well as on the homeostasis of PBL Th1/Th2. Methods Cancer patients treated with chemo/radio-therapy were immunized actively with EHFWT. Using the way of ELISA ,the levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in peripheral blood of the cancer patients of 62 cases were respectively determined.Results (1) The level of IFN-γ in the cancer patients treated with chemo/radio-therapy from on 3d to 8d was (27.88± 17.07) pg/ml and (24.66±12.85) pg/ml respectively, there was no difference between them(P>0.05).However,the level of IL-4 increased remarkably from (44.97±27.53) pg/ml to (54.80±28.56) pg/ml,P< 0.05. (2) The level of IFN-γ in the cancer patients treated with chemo/radio-therapy plus post-invention with EHFWT, was drastically elevated from (20.39±12.67) pg/ml 3d to (34.79±27.23) pg/ml 8d,there was remarkably difference between them(P<0.05). However, the level of IL-4 changed from (35.77±22.23) pg/ml to (43.49±34.04) pg/ml,But there was no difference between them (P> 0.05). (3) The ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 in the cancer patients treated with chemo/radiotherapy decreased from (0.62±0.26) 3d to (0.45±0.15) 8d (P<0.05).Meanwhile, the ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4 in the cancer patients treated with chemo/radio- therapy plus post-intervention with EHF-WT increased from 0.57±0.44 to 0.80±0.67,there was remarkably difference between them(P< 0.05).Conclusion Cancer patients with chemo/radio- therapy show a bias in the differentiation of Th1 lymphocyte towards Th2. EHFWT could act as an intervention effector against the immune suppression induced by chemo/radio- therapy. The mechanism may be that EHFWT could maintain the balance of the Th1/Th2.
