【摘要】 目的探讨抗可提取性核抗原(ENA)多肽抗体不同项目阳性时与抗核抗体(ANA)之间的相关性。方法对比分析323例抗ENA抗体(抗U1-nRNP、Sm、SS-A、SS-B、Scl-70和Jo-1抗体)阳性病例的多肽谱类型与其304例ANA阳性核型。结果抗ENA抗体类型不同,ANA荧光核型有很大差别,没有绝对的规律可言。结论不能简单地依据荧光核型来推断抗ENA抗体的具体类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the relationship between different positive types of anti-ENA antibodies and their antinuclear antibodies(ANA) in human serum.Methods Using HEP-2 cells and primate liver(FA 1510-1010-1,from Euroimmun) as antigen substrates,to analyze 323 patterns of the anti-ENA antibodies and their positive antinuclear antibodies of 304 patients′ serum.Results There was no relationship between positive types of anti-ENA antibodies and their antinuclear antibodies(ANA) in human serum.Conclusion The immunofluorescent patterns of ANA can not be used to conclude the types of anti-ENA antibodies.更多还原
