304不锈钢渗铬固溶渗氮复合处理工艺研究
Chromizing Subsequent Solid Solution Nitriding Multiple Process of 304 Stainless Steel
【摘要】 研究了304奥氏体不锈钢经渗铬固溶渗氮复合处理后,复合渗层的金相组织、相结构、渗层硬度、渗层脆性、力学性能、渗层深度、铬浓度分布。结果表明,304奥氏体不锈钢经渗铬固溶渗氮复合处理后可获得性能优良的复合渗层,且耐磨、耐腐蚀。
【Abstract】 Chromizing Sbusequent solid solution nitriding multiple process of 304 austenitic steel has been studied.The microstructure and the phase structure of compound layer and the mechanical property was analyzed.The depth and case brittleness of compound layer and the distribution of the micro-hardness as well as chromium concentration were measured.The results show that a compound layer with good wear-resistance and corrosion resistance can be gained in 304 austenitic steel by chromizing sbusequent solid solution nitriding multiple process.
