两种汽车渗碳齿轮新材料的预备热处理工艺探讨
Study on the Preparatory Heat Treatment Technology about Two Type Material of Automobile Carburized Gear
【摘要】 针对22CrMoH1、7CrNiMo6两种新型汽车齿轮合金钢,进行了正火、正火+高温回火、等温退火三种不同工艺条件下的预备热处理工艺试验。试验中综合分析了两种材料的组织和性能。当布氏硬度为HB160~180,金相组织为铁素体+珠光体时对切削加工有利,提出了合理的预备热处理方案———等温退火工艺。
【Abstract】 This paper is focused on the preparatory heat treatment experiments on two new type alloy steels 22CrMoH and 17CrNiMo6 of the automobile gear.A series of experiments have been carried out on three different technology conditions of normalizing,normalizing and high temperature tempering,and isothermal annealing.Through analyzing the structure and properties of the two materials,160HB-180HB,ferrite and pearlite microstructure are good for machining.A most reasonable preparatory heat treatment plan is put forward——isothermal annealing.
