虾青素改善D-半乳糖致衰大鼠抗氧化功能的研究

【摘要】 目的——研究虾青素对D一半乳糖致老大鼠抗氧化能力的影响。方法一用D一半乳糖注射Wistar雄性大鼠5个月,建立衰老模型。对模型组和药物组肝脏、肾脏、心脏、脑和前列腺等脏器MDA含量、SOD、GSH—Px酶活性进行测定及比较。结果一药物组各脏器MDA含量均比模型组有显著降低(P<O.01),而SOD、GSH—P】【酶活性比模型组有显著升高(P<O.01)。结论一摄入适量虾青素可以有效地增强大鼠机体抗氧化能力,从而延缓D一半乳糖诱发的大鼠衰老。

【Abstract】 Objective——The influence of astaxanthin on the antioxidantive function of D-galactose induced aging rat.Meth- ods——To cause aging,Wistar rats were given injections of D-galaetose for 5 months.Then they were randomly divided in four groups,including model group,low-does medication group,middle-does medication group and high-does medication group whose the content of MDA and the activity of SOD and GSH-Px of different viscera(liver,kidney,heart,brain,prostate et al) were tested and compared.Results——Compared with model group,the content of MDA in the medication group were significantly decreased(P<0.01).However,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px.was significanfly raised(P<0.01).Conclusions——Astax- anthin can increase antioxidantive function of rat to stay D-galactose induced consenescence.
