【Abstract】 The change of medical model,the human-based thought and which nursing model should be applied to fit in with the need of times deserve to be discussed as a subject in nursing work.Nursing on demands is nursing activity according to patients’free needs in full.It enhances the validity to meet dynamic demands of patients,forms a bridge for communications between nurse and patient,assures the continuity and expansion of nursing work,reduces or avoids nursing disputes.As a result,holistic nursing is further perfected,patients are tended well.更多还原
