【摘要】 目的了解临床护理人员关于专业信息对个人专业发展重要性的认识情况。方法采用现场调查研究方法,用自编的护士信息意识情况问卷调查表进行调查。结果护理人员对信息重要性的认识与学历、职称有关,并伴随着学历、职称的升高而增加。结论建议加强护理人员的信息意识和继续教育,提高护理人员的学历层次和文化修养,提高护理人员利用信息服务于临床的意识与能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the clinical nurses whether know the importance of the specialty information to their own development.Methods Adopted the spot investigation , using the chart of information cognition of clinical nurses to study.Results The information cognition of clinical nurses was related to their educational background and professional title, and will increase while their educational background and professional title.Conclusion Suggestion are enhancing the information cognition of nurses and continuing education, increasing their educational background level and artistic appreciation.
