【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响。方法采用健康教育对100例精神分裂症患者在住院期间及出院后定期干预3年,并与100例对照组患者进行服药依从性比较。结果研究组和对照组病人住院期间对疾病的认识水平和遵医态度、出院后每半年服药依从性和复发率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。研究组家属对疾病的认识水平明显优于对照组。结论健康教育有助于改善病人和家属对疾病的认知水平,提高病人服药依从性,降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the affect of health education on drug therapy compliance of schizophrenic patients.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia have been intervented with scheduled health education during they staying and leaving hospital for three years. Then compared 100 patients with receiving no special health education.Results There were very significant differences in the cognitive level to the disease and the attitude of obedience during they stay in hospital ,and in the patients, drug therapy compliance and the rate of recurrence in every half year after they left hospital between two groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01) .The cognitive level of relation to the disease of the patients in the study group were better than those in the control group . Conclusion The health education had benefit to improve the cognitive level of patients and their relations to the disease, and increase drug therapy compliance and decrease the recurrence rate of schizophrenic patients.更多还原
