【摘要】 目的探讨急危重病人在急诊室的应急处理流程。方法美国北卡罗大学附属医院急诊科使用的3L急危重病人指引模型(3LevelEmergencySeveritylndexModel)做为评估工具。结果应用3L指引有效评估了342例病人,符合率88.9%。需要在1L、2L、3L规范处理的病人例数分别为20例、130例和192例,3L各层面的敏感率和特征率平均分别为84.2%和75.7%。结论3L应用简便可靠,可作为急诊室护士对危重病人快速识别的护理指引。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and discuss the value of emergent treating procedure applied in emergent and severe patients in emergency room.Methods 3 level emergency severe index model (3L-ESIM) which applied by Emergency Department of Affiliate Hospital of Northern Korolina University in USA was used as evaluation tool at this study.Results 342 patients were ewaluated by 3L-ESIM,corrective rate was 88.9%.The number of patients evaluated and treated at the 1 Level ,2 Level and 3 Level was 20,130 and 192 respectively , means that sensitivity and specificity of every level of 3L-ESIM were 84.2% and 75.7% respectively.Conclusion 3L-ESIM is a simple and valuable tool ,could be regarded as emergency severity index model that help nurse at Emergency Department to rapidly evaluate and treat emergent and severe patients.更多还原
