【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对宫颈癌术后患者生命质量和婚姻质量的影响。方法选择在我院住院手术的60例宫颈癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规治疗护理,观察组在此基础上同步实施个体化健康教育(包括家属)。分别在术后1年后对两组患者应用生命质量量表(QLQ-C30)和Olson婚姻质量问卷进行随访测评。结果对宫颈癌术后患者进行个体化健康教育后,消除了患者不良心理,自觉改变了不良的行为,提高了自我照顾能力,减少了并发症,生命质量和婚姻质量明显提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论健康教育可提高宫颈癌术后妇女的生命质量及婚姻质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe into the effect of healthy education on the quality of life and marriage quality of patients after cervical cancer operation .Methods 60 cases were divided into inspected group and control group. The control group were done by routine treatment nursing. the inspected group were carried out personal healthy education( including dependents )except the based treatment. And after 1 year do random investigate using Quality of life and Quantity of life and Olson Marriage Quality Test.Results Have eliminated patients’ badness mentality, changed their actions consciously , increased self care ability, decrease syndrome, height quality of life and marriage evidently, the different were significantly(P<0.01).Conclusion Healthy education can height the quality of life and marriage of patients after cervical cancer operation .更多还原
