基于MAX7033的315 MHz/433 MHzASK超外差式接收电路设计
Design of a 315 MHz/433 MHz ASK superheterodyne receiver based on MAX7033
【摘要】 所设计的315 MHz/433 MHz ASK超外差式接收机电路采用MAX7033高集成度、低功耗CMOS、超外差式幅移键控(ASK)接收机,接收频率范围为300 MHz~450MHz,射频信号输入范围为-114 dBm~0dBm,数据速率可达33 kb/s曼彻斯特码率(66 kb/s NRZ)。介绍了MAX7033的主要技术性能、内部结构、工作原理和应用电路。
【Abstract】 The 315MHz/433MHz ASK superheterodyne receiver adopts high integrated,low power CMOS,superheterodyne,ASK receiver MAX7033.It has a receiving frequency range of 300 MHz to 450 MHz,the input RF signal range of-114 dBm to 0 dBm,and a data rates of 33kbps manchester data speed.The main performance,interior structure,working principle and application circuit of MAX7033 are introduced in detail.
