单晶炉温度控制系统中提高温度测量精度方法
Approach of improving the meterage precison in the crystal puller temperature control system
【摘要】 本文介绍由16位单片机80C196KB及若干外围芯片组成的单晶炉温度控制系统的硬件设计思想及其实现方法。文中着重介绍实用的单晶炉实时温度信号的检测方法及可提高传感器输出电信号测量精度的硬件电路。
【Abstract】 The design idea and implementation of a temperature control system for the crystal puller are introduced.The system is composed of 80C196KB,a sixteen-bit microcomputer unit and several peripheral chips.A pratical detecting method of the real-time puller temperature signal and a kind of hard circuit for improving meterage precision of the output signal of the sensor are introduced emphatically.
