【Abstract】 The article mainly discusses some problems that must be solved to reach accurate time speaking to Sec Level Accuracy,such as time synchronization,time delay modification of telephone network,etc.It introduces the design method of telephone giving time system of National Time Service Center.The design method,including time synchronization technique,stop and wait arithmetic,time prediction and synchronization at the place of the descendant edge,is meaningful to increase time speaking accuracy.更多还原
