【摘要】 土地安全是土地可持续利用和国家安全的基础,在综合分析土地安全的概念、内涵和评价目标的基础上,以金坛市为例,初步构建了一套包括24个评价因子的区域土地安全评价指标体系,并对该市1990年、1995年和2000年的土地安全态势进行了综合评价和障碍因素诊断,结论显示金坛市土地安全态势基本稳定,购买力、水资源保障和建设用地保障等准则层的指标是主要的安全制约因素;提出了实现土地安全的途径和对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Land security was the base for sustainable land use and country security. Based on the analysis of the conception, meanings and objectives of land security, an indicator system for evaluating county-level land security was put forward, including 24 evaluating indicators. The comprehensive evaluation and diagnosis of land security for Jintan city in 1990, 1995 and 2000 were conducted, indicating that land resource in Jintan city was in an secure situation. The obstacles included indicators of purchasing power, water resource and land to be used for construction. The approach to and strategy for constructing land security were pointed out by taking Jintan city as a case in this article as well.更多还原
