【摘要】 针对国土资源信息交换体系和国土资源空间数据库建设工作中的数据检查和数据转换,采用基于规则的空间数据质检模型(RSTT)和多源空间数据无缝集成技术(SIMS),研制了国土资源空间数据预检转换系统(LR_Checker)。该系统可基于规则灵活定制质检方案,数据交换和数据检查批量自动进行,规则库提供36个基础规则,可实现从属性到图形拓扑关系的全面检测。经大量数据测试和系统实际应用表明,该系统运行稳定,性能高效,功能全面,为多级国土资源信息交换系统中的数据汇交,提供了一个质量保证和数据转换的工具。更多还原

【Abstract】 For the purpose of solving the data checking and conversion problems existed in the construction of the information exchange system and spatial database of land and resources,using rules-based spatial data checking model(RSTT)and seamless integration of multi-sourced spatial data(SIMS)technologies, we have developed land and resources spatial data checking and conversion system(LR Checker).Based on rules,this system can customize the checking scheme flexibly,and exchange and check data in batches and automatically.The system can provide 36 basic rules and realize the comprehensive checking ranging from the attributes to the topological relationship of graphics.It is indicated by large amount of data test- ing and the actual application that the operation of this system is stable,the performance of this system is highly efficient and the function of this system is comprehensive.The system provides a tool of quality as- surance and data conversion for the data submission in the multi-level land and resources information ex- change system.更多还原
