【摘要】 正在迅速兴起的移动计算(Mobile Computation)技术,结合个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant)这一便携式地理信息系统(Portable GIS)的应用产品,已经得到广泛的应用。为此,本文以徐州“数字国土”土地变更调查项目为例,介绍了利用GPS定位的高精度和PDA的便于携带、功能强大的特点,将二者集成用于土地变更调查。具体介绍基于GPRS公网的实时差分系统的建设,并探讨GPS技术在土地变更调查中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The technical product combining rapidly popularized mobile computation technique and the portable GIS of personal digital assistant (PDA) has been widely used nowadays. Taken the project of Land Use Changes Investigation, a sub-project under the " Digital Land" project of Xuzhou municipality, as a example, this paper introduces the high precision of GPS and the characteristics of PDA as being easy to carry and strongly functioned, and integrates these two techniques for the investigation of land use changes. This paper also introduces concretely the construction of GPRS based real time difference system, and discusses the application of GPS to the investigation of land use changes.更多还原
