带旋流导向装置浸入式水口的水模型研究

【摘要】 采用正交实验设计,运用水模型研究方法,分析和研究了采用带有旋流导向装置浸入式水口时结晶器的流场。结果表明,旋流导向装置的安装高度、长度、安装角度、旋转角度和水口浸入深度对结晶器内流场有明显的影响。采用优化参数的旋流导向装置进行实验,不仅结晶器液面波动和结晶器窄边受到的冲击压力显著降低,而且偏流也得到了有效的改善。

【Abstract】 The fluid flow field in mold which uses SEN(submerged entry nozzle)with rotational flow guide device has been studied by adopting orthogonal design and water model research.The results demonstrate that the setting height,length,setting angle,rotary angle of the rotational flow guide device and immersion depth of SEN have obvious effects on the fluid flow field in mold.When the experiment was carried out by means of optimum rotational flow guide device,not only the liquid level and the shock pressure of the narrow face in mold are obviously reduced,but also the bias flow in mold was effectively suppressed.
