重钢中板轧后快速冷却系统的设计与应用

【摘要】 针对重钢中板厂轧线的实际情况,为了提高轧制生产效率和产品质量,扩充轧制钢种和规格,设计了一套中板轧后快速冷却系统。系统主要包括高密度层流、中位水箱水量优化分配、高位水箱自动变频供水等先进技术,系统同时采用了高精度的西门子控制器进行综合控制。系统功能完善、控制精度高,已经成功投入使用并取得了良好效果。

【Abstract】 In order to improve product quality and rolling efficiency and produce more kinds of product,a set of accelerate cooling system with advanced technology of plates after rolling is designed according to the actual situation of plate rolling line in Chongqing Iron and Steel Corp.Water quantity optimized distribution technology,water supply by frequency conversion technology and high density laminar flow technology are used in the system.High performance controllers of Siemens are also applied in the system.The system has reliable construction,integrated functions and good control precision.The system has been used successfully with good operating results.
