【摘要】 目的;探讨中医气虚、血虚病理变化与红细胞、血红蛋白值之间的相关性。方法:选择209例健康体检者为研究对象,采用证素辨证方法以及红细胞、血红蛋白指标进行研究。结果:气虚与血虚之间存在着显著相关性(P<0.01);气虚、血虚与红细胞、血红蛋白值之间均存在着相关性(P<0.05);血虚不同病理改变程度之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:不能单纯依靠红细胞、血红蛋白值来诊断气虚、血虚证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the correlation between pathological change of Qi deficiency and blood deficiency and the values of RBC and Hb.Methods:209 cases who took health examination were selected,the method of differentiation of symptoms and signs based on symptom factors differentiation was adopted.Results:There was significant correlation between qi deficiency and blood deficiency(P<0.01),pathological change of qi deficiency and blood deficiency and the values of RBC and Hb(P<0.05).There was no obvious difference in different pathological change of blood deficiency(P>0.05).Conclusion:We couldn’t diagnose the qi deficiency and blood deficiency just according to the values of RBC and Hb.更多还原
