发展我国金融衍生品交易的若干法律问题
On the Legal Problems Arising from Financial Derivatives Market Development
【摘要】 文章介绍了金融衍生产品风险尤其是法律风险,探讨了在我国发展金融衍生品市场中面临的若干法律问题,并对我国金融衍生品交易立法过程中需要注意的问题提出了若干建议。
【Abstract】 This essay introduces the risks of financial derivatives,especially the legal risks,and discusses some legal problems faced in the development of our financial derivatives market,and gives some suggestions on several notable problems during the legitimating process.
