【Abstract】 In academic domain or in legal practice,we may encounter many opinions to the error of cognition between abettor and indirect guilt.We should solve the problem on the principle of partial correspondence between subjectivity and objectivity,and from the solution to this problem,we may come to another conclusion: when we try to find a way to work out any tiny problem,we are always based on a particular value standpoint.The research of criminal jurisprudence should be self-conscious of paying attention to both theories and practice.更多还原
