【摘要】 [目的]研究五味藤的抗炎、止血作用。[方法]采用小鼠耳廓巴豆油致炎法,角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀法,大鼠棉球肉芽肿法,小鼠断尾出血时间测定法和毛细管凝血法。[结果]五味藤水提液对巴豆油诱发小鼠耳廓肿胀、角叉菜胶致小鼠足趾肿胀和大鼠棉球肉芽肿等炎症有明显的对抗作用(P<0.05或P<0.01);并都可以明显缩短小鼠出血和凝血时间,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。[结论]五味藤具有良好的抗炎止血作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To study the effects of WuWeiTeng on anti-inflammation and hemostasis.[Methods] Auricle swelling in mice induced by croton oil;toe edema in mice induced by carrageenan;granuloma in rats induced by cotton ball,determination of hemorrhagic time in mice with broken tail;coagulation with glasscapillary.[Results] Water extraction of WuWeiTeng had obvious effects on restraining auricle swelling in mice induced by croton oil,toe edema in mice induced by carrageenan,granuloma in rats induced by cotton ball,etc(P<0.01 or P<0.05) and reducing distinctively the time of hemorrhage and coagulation with difference from the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).[Conclusions] WuWeiTeng has good effects on anti-inflammation and hemostasis.更多还原
