【Abstract】 The paper analyzed the distribution and characteristic of boron resource in China. The approaches of comprehensive utilization of boron resource were emphatically summarized. The utilization status of boron and boron-bearing materials were introduced in some fields such as metallurgy, ceramics, materials of high-tech, agriculture.
