氧化钕改性云母钛光干涉颜料的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of the Mica Titanium Optical Interferential Pigment Coated by Nd2O3
【摘要】 采用均匀沉淀法,以尿素为沉淀剂,在干涉色为绿色的云母钛表面包覆稀土氧化钕,制得了Nd2O3/TiO2/Mica稀土珠光颜料。研究了氧化钕的不同加入量对珠光效果及紫外吸收性能的影响。结果表明,云母钛表面包覆5%Nd2O3的紫外吸收性能明显高于云母钛本身,起到了很好的紫外屏蔽作用,且其珠光效果也为最佳。而且具有绿-淡紫随角异色效应。
【Abstract】 Nd2O3/TiO2/Mica pearlescent pigment was prepared by means of homogenous precipitation with urea on the surface of green mica titanium by coating rare earths Nd2O3. The influence of the content of Nd2O3 on the pearl effect and UV absorb characteristic was investigated. The UV absorb capability of 5%Nd2O3/TiO2/Mica is higher than that of mica titanium, and UV shielding characteristic works well with the best pearl effect of green-mauve optically variable. Optically variable pigments with different colors can be produced by this preparation.
