ZrO2固体电解质在金属熔体中的应用研究
Study on the Applications of ZrO2-Based Solid Electrolyte Oxygen Sensor in the Metal Melt
【摘要】 本文简要介绍了ZrO2固体电解质的制作工艺、参比电极的选择、固体电解质的工作原理及其在冶金生产过程中的几项应用。着重讨论了冶炼的终点控制、含铝钢中氧的控制、钢液无污染脱氧以及连续定氧技术的应用等。
【Abstract】 Some applications of oxygen sensor ZrO2-based solid electrolyte in the metal melt were reviewed in this paper. The preparation of ZrO2-based solid electrolyte, the choice of balance electrode, as well as the theory of ZrO2-based solid electrolyte were introduced briefly. The applications in the control of metal melt topping, determination of acid-solved aluminum steel, control of deoxidation and continuum measuring oxygen concentration were also discussed.
