用石膏模型制作耐磨备件的可行性研究
Feasibility Study on Plaster Cast to Make Anti-friction Spare Parts
【摘要】 本文对石膏模型用石膏原材料的选择、脱模剂的选用、耐磨备件制备的工艺方法等进行了简要分析。结果表明,在膏水比为1.3~1.5:1,适量添加增强剂和缓凝剂,用石膏模型制作耐磨备件具有成本低、可操作性强的优点,主要性能指标优于内衬橡胶耐磨备件,可用于耐磨备件的生产。
【Abstract】 Selection of the materials of plaster,drawing reagentof patterns,method of wearable spare parts,has been analyzed in this paper.The result shows,it has low cost and maneuverable property in the proportion of 1.3~1.5:1 of plaster and water,or proper additive of intensifier and retarder.The main properties is excelled than rubber used as a lining of wearable spare parts,it has been suitable for production of wearable spare parts.
