【Abstract】 School internal administrative regulation is the extension of education law at school.Its force is the focal point to standard the internal administrative regulation.The law principles that school internal administrative regulation should base include special power relation,law priority principle,power of free ruling,administrative rationalization principle,the law retaining principle,force main points of official legal person and the rightful procedure principle.According to these principles,the force of present school internal administrative regulation need to norm and regulate by law.更多还原
