【摘要】 通过对目前人工消雹业务技术现状的分析,以地(市)级观测台站或单部雷达观测台站为基础,讨论了人影业务技术体系、业务支持系统、作业指挥系统各自的范畴和关系以及人工消雹作业指挥系统相对普适性的可能性及其实现方式与实现程度;定量限定了业务操作过程中“宁空勿漏”的概念;在此基础上建立了人工消雹作业指挥系统设计中的几个关键技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the hail suppression operation status at present,the tasks of the technique system,the peripheral technique system,the operational conducting system of the hail suppression and the relations among them are discussed in this paper,and also the relative possibility of the general adaption of the operational conducting system and its realizing way and degree for a single radar station or a city.A concept of "rather empty leak not" is given.更多还原
