自来水厂加氯工艺的自动化控制改造
Renovation of Automatization Control for Adding Chlorine Process in Waterworks
【摘要】 给水处理中的加氯工艺是一个较难控制的环节。考虑到加氯系统的大时滞和系统干扰的特点,采用串级控制结构;针对系统参数变化较大和仪表漂移,采用自校正控制。在对自来水厂加氯系统的实际改造中,通过建立清水池进、出口余氯的动态模型和使用基于自适应的串级控制方案,取得了良好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 Adding chlorine process in water treatment is very difficult to control.Considering the characteristics of large time-delay and disturbances of the adding chlorine system,the cascade control configuration is used and the self-correction control is adopted for large variation of the system parameters and the instrument drift.In the practical renovation of the adding chlorine system in waterworks,a good control effect has been obtained by establishing a dynamic model of residual chlorine in the entrance and exit of the clear water basin and applying the adaptive cascade control scheme.
