BAF/UF/RO联合工艺深度处理印染废水中试
Pilot Study on Advanced Treatment of Dyeing Wastewater by BAF/UF/RO Process
【摘要】 采用中试规模(5 m3/d)的曝气生物滤池/超滤/反渗透联合工艺对棉印染废水二级生化处理出水进行了深度处理。试验结果表明:当进水COD、色度、浊度、电导率分别为308~509mg/L、128~220倍、56~158 NTU、5 360~6 580μS/cm时,相应的出水指标分别为10~20 mg/L、<2倍、<0.5 NTU、48~59μS/cm,该水质可满足印染工艺的要求。
【Abstract】 A pilot study(5 m~3/d) was conducted for the advanced treatment of secondary effluent from a cotton mill by using the biological aerated filter(BAF)/ultrafiltration(UF)/reverse osmosis(RO) process.The results show that when the influent COD is 308-509 mg/L,color degree is 128-220 dilution times,level of turbidity is 56-158 NTU,and conductivity is 5 360-6 580 μS/cm,the value of corresponding index in effluent becomes 10-20 mg/L,below 2 dilution times,below 0.5 NTU,48-59 μS/cm,respectively.The effluent quality can meet the requirements of water reuse for the dyeing and printing processes.
