取水泵站优化调度的分解—协调模型研究
Decomposition-Coordination Model for Optimal Operation of Intake Water Pumping Station
【摘要】 针对取水泵站的工作特性,采用大系统分解—协调技术建立了取水泵站优化调度的二层分解—协调模型。以泵站全天的运行费用为目标函数,将一天划分为若干相互独立又相互关联的时段,并考虑清水池的调节和分时电价对取水泵站运行费用的影响,利用分解—协调技术对模型进行了求解。算例表明,优化后的泵站调度方案可较原方案节省大量电费。
【Abstract】 In regard to the operational characteristics of intake water pumping stations,a double layer decomposition-coordination model was applied for optimal dispatch of the intake water pumping station.The model was developed with the minimum total operational cost for achieving the objective function.A day is divided to a certain number of independent but mutually correlative periods of time where the effect of the electricity bills in different periods of time on the operational fee of the intake water pumping stations and regulation of clear wells are taken into consideration on the optimal dispatch.Using the decomposition-coordination algorithmic model,calculated results show that the optimized dispatch model can save much in electricity costs.
