高铁酸钾的制备及去除水中2,4,6-三氯酚的研究
Preparation of Potassium Ferrate(Ⅵ) and Removal of 2,4,6-trichlorophenol from Water
【摘要】 采用次氯酸盐氧化法制备高铁酸钾,研究了反应温度、洗涤所用溶剂种类、氢氧化钾的添加方式对高铁酸钾产率和纯度的影响。另外,还考察了不同反应条件下高铁酸钾对水中2,4,6-三氯酚的去除效果。试验结果显示,在反应温度为36℃、水的pH值约为7的条件下,对2,4,6-三氯酚浓度为10 mg/L的配水采用100 mg/L的K2FeO4氧化处理58 m in后,对2,4,6-三氯酚的去除率可达99.2%,其含量降为0.08 mg/L,达到了国家排放标准;反应的最佳pH≤1,最佳水温为40℃。高铁酸钾与2,4,6-三氯酚的氧化反应为一级反应,且主要发生在最初的几分钟内,是一个快速反应过程。
【Abstract】 Potassium ferrate(Ⅵ) was prepared through the hypochlorite oxidation method,and the preparation method of K2FeO4 was improved.The effects of reaction temperature,type of washing solvents used and the addition of potassium hydroxide on yields and purity of K2FeO4 were investigated.In addition,the removal efficiency of the 2,4,6-trichlorophenol in water at different reaction conditions by K2FeO4 were studied.The experimental results show that when the reaction temperature is 36 ℃ and the pH value of the water is 7,a dose for potassium ferrate(Ⅵ) 100 mg/L can remove 99.2% of the 10 mg/L 2,4,6-trichlorophenol during the 5-8 min oxidation,making the final content of the 2,4,6-(trichlorophenol) in effluent to be 0.08 mg/L,which meets the national integrated wastewater discharge standard(less than 0.6 mg/L).The optimal pH value range is pH≤1,and the optimal reaction temperature is 40 ℃.Removals under such conditions of the 2,4,6-trichlorophenol usually occurs within a few minutes and are rapid reaction processes.The removal follows the first-order kinetic law for the 2,4,6-(trichlorophenol.)
