SPE-GC法测定地表水中的痕量环境激素

【摘要】 邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)、邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)均属环境激素类物质,笔者采用固相萃取(SPE)—毛细管气相色谱—电子捕获检测方法测定了水环境中的这三种痕量酯类物质。借助均匀设计法及计算机回归技术优化了固相萃取试验条件,得到了最佳固相萃取条件洗脱剂配比(正己烷与丙酮的体积比)为30∶1,洗脱体积为2mL,洗脱速率为4mL/min,上样速率为8mL/min。该方法的检测限为0.02~0.4μg/L,加标回收率为69%~106%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~9.5%。

【Abstract】 Dimethyl phthalate (DMP), Di-n-butyl phthalate (DBP) and Di-2-ethylhexyl phthalate (DEHP) are all environmental hormones. A solid phase extraction (SPE) method coupled with capillary gas chromotography-electric capture detector (GC-ECD) was used to detect the three trace phthalates in surface water. The SPE conditions were optimized by a homogeneous design method and a computer regress technology. The optimal SPE conditions obtained are 30 ∶1 for the ratio of hexane to acetone, 2 mL for elution volume, 4 mL/min for elution flow rate and 8 mL/min for sampling flow rate. The detection limit of the method is 0.02-0.4 μg/L. The recovery efficiencies in the standard addition tests are in a range of 69%-106% and the relative standard deviations are in a range of 2.5%-9.5%.
