改性膨润土吸附剂的制备及应用研究
Study on Preparation of Modified Bentonite Adsorbent and Application
【摘要】 以A lC l3为改性剂研究了制备改性膨润土水处理吸附剂的条件,探讨了影响改性膨润土吸附去除苯酚效果的因素。结果表明:当A lC l3投量为25 g/100 g原土、焙烧温度为450℃时,所制得改性膨润土吸附剂的比表面积和微孔总体积分别为350.21 m2/g和0.907 cm3/g。采用该吸附剂处理苯酚废水(苯酚浓度为200 mg/L)的试验结果表明,在改性膨润土吸附剂投量为4 g/L、溶液的pH值为8.5、反应时间为30 m in的条件下,对苯酚的去除率达到了92.2%;对数据的回归分析显示,改性膨润土对苯酚的吸附符合Freund ish方程。
【Abstract】 The preparation condition for the integrated modified bentonite water treatment adsorbent was studied with AlCl3 as the modifier.The influence factors of adsorbing phenol by modified bentonite were discussed.The experimental results indicate that the specific surface area and volume of the modified bentonite adsorbent are 350.21 m2/g and 0.907 cm3/g when the modifier AlCl3 amount is 25 g/100 g bentonite and fritting temperature is 450 ℃.As using this adsorbent to treat phenol wastewater,the phenol removal rate achieves 92.2% when the phenol density in wastewater is 200 mg/L,dosage of modified bentonite is 4 g/L,solution pH value is 8.5,and reaction time is 30 min.The regression analysis shows that the phenol adsorption of modified bentonite conforms the Freundish equation.
