【摘要】 取水许可审批是取水许可制度实施过程中的一个重要环节,基于信息系统实现取水许可审批业务是取水许可审批工作发展的必然趋势。在分析取水许可审批流程的基础上,研究了基于W eb与GIS的取水许可工作流审批系统的体系结构,对基于W eb的取水许可工作流审批系统中客户端和服务端的功能模块进行了设计。同时,以取水许可工作流系统开发为主线,以组件式GIS技术为支撑,对基于W eb和工作流技术的取水许可审批系统中嵌入GIS功能的技术路线与实现方法进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 The examination and approval system is an important step in the implement process of water drawing permit’s system.It is an inevitable trend that the water drawing permit’s examination and approval system is based on information system.By analyzing its flow,the examination and approval system’s structure of water drawing permit’s workflow based on Web and GIS was studied,and the function modules for the client side and server side in the system were designed.By taking the development of water drawing permit’s workflow system as main line,and the GIS technique as support,the technical line and the realizing method were researched for the system integrated with GIS,which is based on web technique and workflow technique.更多还原
