O3—BAC工艺的微生物群落结构解析
Analysis on Microbial Community Structures in O3-BAC Process
【摘要】 利用聚合酶链反应—变性梯度凝胶电泳(PCR—DGGE)对臭氧—生物活性炭(O3—BAC)工艺3个不同运行周期(18、8和4个月)中BAC上的微生物群落结构进行了解析,研究结果表明:对于生物量很少的饮用水处理系统,PCR—DGGE法能够有效地表征BAC上微生物群落结构的变化;随着运行时间的增加,BAC系统中菌群结构的相似程度和种群的多样性(条带数)逐渐增高,最初定植的菌株能在BAC上稳定存在,即生物系统具有良好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Diversity and change of bacteria community structure on biological activated carbon(BAC),a part of the ozone-activated carbon unit in drinking water treatment,were studied based on polymerase chain reaction-denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis(PCR-DGGE) method.The results show that the diversity of community structure in BAC systems is expanded with the increase of operational time.Microbial strains attached initially to BAC exist always,which shows that biological system operates stably.The PCR-DGGE is an effective method for studying microbial community structure with little biomass like BAC used in drinking water treatment system.
